Fantastic John, man the bucks are starting to fall. You can tell things are picking up. Congratulations, that's a great PA buck. I look forward to the score and entering him. I see the team scores going up daily as the rut kicks in.

Is there more to the story on your bad boy? Any rut activity, calls? Congratulations again.

I just got the grunt call put away and when i looked to my left here he came on a fast trot right at me. At 15 yards he stopped and turned broadside I couldn't have asked him to do it any better for me. His neck was starting to swell but his tarsal glads were clean and didn't smell at all which i found surprising. He weighed 161.6lbs field dressed which would put him just over 200lbs on the hoof. Here is another trail pic from Aug 1st never thought that 3 months to the day he would be down.
