drinking and hunting

I do not mean drinking then going hunting or drinking when hunting.

I will not drinkthen go hunting I will not hunt and drink at the same time. In fact i will not drink the night before and go hunting the next day hang over or not.

My question for you is will you drink and go hunting the next day. i am not talking a beer or two i mean drunk.
For me it i worry if i get drunk the night before even if i do not have a hang over the next day i might not be 100% the next day which might get me hurt or someone else hurt.
What do you do.

NO I WONT. The job i have i am not aloud to have alcohol in my system while at work. So i use the same rule of thumb when i was in the
Air Force. There they told us no alcochol within 8 hours of your next shift. I use that a stead fast rule for hunting as well.

if you dont know i'm aPA Trooper.

Best of luck to all of you!!!!

I've sat in a tree-stand hung over from the night before, and drunk from the $2 "Brutus" beer's at Applebee's (now $3 or $4) in the afternoons. Never will I re-live those days....but isn't that what college is for?!

[>:] BTW, I'm mostly drunk right now. Been drinking PBR since this afternoon....but I didn't...and don't plan on going hunting in the near future.

In my area, i could walk a random straight line in the woods and find at least 10 beer bottles/cans/mugs within 200 yards. Everybody and there brother drinks. That being said, i would never mix the 2 if i could drink.
