I set mine up with a laser also and as long as it's tracking right on the cams it's no big deal. It's true that alot of bows now a days the strings don't line up with everything. But you may want to check with a laser to make sure your eye's are calibraited right.

my 101st isnt centered. when i shoot with my 30" sstabilizer its very apparent. you can see that the stabilizer doesnt line up even with the arrow. as long as you are shooting good no worries right? my general was the same way. my string tamer didnt line up centered with the string, it was offset to the right i believe.
