That little button came in last night too, he rubbed that same tree. The spike I saw last night and this morning, last night he rubbed that same little tree.

Instincts or learned behavior?

Ya'll wonder why my racks are busted. We start them wrong, that Button squared up and was pushing with the spike last evening. I video'd it but it was dark!

No scent on it, I've been wondering about adding some sort of buck scent but I like to go as scentless as possible. Maybe the lack of spooked him up close. ?

Those kind of encounters/experiences is what makes hunting worthwhile, imo. Great footage.

However, the next time I see a rub, instead of "just knowing" it was made by the next world record as Ialways do, now I'll be wondering whether it was this little guy's cousin. Thanks for clouding my dreams with areality check.
