Yeah, first bday buck for me. I got close last year...but he was too small...just couldn't do it for the sake of claiming a "bday buck."




If you don't like the pics, sorry. My brother in-law took some nice one's while we were still in the woods, but hasn't sent them to me yet. My wife took the pics I posted above..and were the only pics I had when I made this thread.

Now that I'm a father, the best part of hunting is seeing your kids enjoy it. My son, who's 1½ years old, knows a deer when he see's one. He's also getting his turkey calling sounds down. He just had a blast seeing a deer up close!
