I don't use them. They are quite pricey and to buy enough for practice and hunting would be expensive for me.I wouldn't mind trying them some day, they look like they do a hell of a job,but at this point my broad heads do the job rather nicely. Mine are the same thing as the Muzzy's, just a different name. You can see what I use below. In 3 years I have got 3 deer, and none of them have gone more than 75 yards before dropping dead.

sorry for the poor quality, the pics are from my camera phone.

anyway. this is the first deer i have taken with the rage 2 broadhead and i was happy with the outcome. i shot this doe at 18 yards quartering away and she only went 50 yards before dropping. i know i made a quality shot and after finding my arrow, i could not find a drop of blood. to the rage's defense, i had a mag light (which is crappy for tracking i found out) and more than half the leaves on the ground had red on them. i was picking up leaves and rubbing them to see if it was blood or not and then i just started going in the direction i saw her go. once i found her, i tried back tracking and only went a short distance until i lost the trail. hopefully the next deer will be better lighting during tracking. but i was impressed with the size holes it had, both entrance and exit. also i went through a rib on exit and the blades are still hair cutting sharp and straight.

The rage is the best, and I will never change either.

bump for the non-believers....
1) I have deeper wound channels than I've ever had with a fixed blade
2) B/c of the blood, I haven't had to actually 'track' a deer this year

I love my mechanical blade, quicker, more ethical kill...less questions aboutyour ability to put down an animalwhen you're taking your shot

I'm a fixed blade guy, but those rage holes are impressive...some of them look like hatchet wounds, the exit hole on that one doe's armpit even grossed me out a little haha. I would probably be more interested in them if they weren't so darn expensive, maybe if they made a few less commercials and sponsored a few less shows they could knock the price down a couple bucks...
