Body Aches
 

Ever been sitting rock still for several hours, then heard a deer behind/beside you, only to twist your torso around to get a better look, and get one of those mid-rib muscle cramps?

Yeah me too and I'm not even 30 yet. Its gonna get ugly when I'm 50.[&:]

Predator, I am fifty and after a full week of using the climbermy backaches like all get out. I start the mourning witha couple of Advil or what ever to get the jump on the aches now.;)

Yeah, I am 31 now and definately notice stiffness more than I did 10 years ago. Kinda sucks lol.

I actually turned 44 this very day, and funny you should ask because I just had one of those this morning. I am glad to hear I am not the only one that gets them. It seems like my left side ones are the worst. Oh well, a small price to pay to do something I love. Truthfully, being only 44, and the survivor of 2 heart attacks ( first one at 26) , one lifeflight , 7 heart caths and 6 angioplasties, I am just glad every morning when I wake up, let alone the fact that I am still blessed to be able to still climb a tree and bowhunt!
