Questionable weekend?
 

Well I live in kalamazoo county in michigan and the weather forecast for this weekend calls for rain all the way to tuesday, and I cant decide if I should go out at all or not, this is my first year bowhunting and first year hunting in general so I dont know what I should do.

Well the only real danger of hunting in a rain is the possibility of losing a blood trail. The weather may dictate that not hunting is the smartest option. Or you may have to shorten your normal shot range to insure the best possible hit.

Me..I have the same forecast. I'll be out. If it's a down pour not shooting may be the best option but if it let's up your gonna wish you were there.

Let instinct be your guide. But give the animal the credit that its due.

Buy a tree umbrella and set up in a stand where you shot opps are the closest. Bring some food and plan to sit all day.
