What do I do now?

If it walked after areal shortrun, she is either hurting real bad or you gotgut. Did she do a mule kick or tuck her tail between her legs? Bright colored blood is a real good sign of a fatal hit and shouldnt be too far. get out there this morning and look.

RE: What do I do now?
I really appreciate the advice. This is my first deer. I don't get off work until 3, but I'm gonna go back and look as soon as I get off. The thing that kills my hope though is my arrow. Like I said no blood on the tip or shaft, but a few spots on the fletchings. I shot a Slick Trick Mag, and two of the blades were a little bent. Was that from the ground? Bone?

I would have to agree....with the arrow like you say and the deer's reaction, you probably got guts. No way you could have gotten bone to bend the blades with nothing really showing on the head or arrow shaft. Look hard, most likely its dead. Good luck.

I hope she's laying up there. I just hate the fact that I may have shot her gut though I always wanna put a clean kill shot on a deer. This day at work is going SO SLOW!
If I did get her gut, will that spoil the meat?

Just smell your arrow..........if it makes you go [:'(][:-]then you got gut.
IF it just has a faint sweet sort of smell you didn't.
Easy as that.
I'd also really be starting to feel pretty sick right now........probably need to go home early and lay down.
