Great buck, congrats.

The number of bucks is determined by county. The county where I got him at is a 1 buck, 2 doe county. I can't get another buck there until next year. Some counties are 2 buck, some 3. A Texas liscense has 3 tags that are buck or anterless and two that are anterless only. So you can take a total of 3 bucks, depending on the county regulations, you may have to have a place to hunt in more than one county. I am taking my 7 year old out this weekend for the youth only hunt and will try to see if we can get him one for the first time. The other county I hunt in is a 2 buck county, but has special antler restrictions. I can take one buck that must have an inside spread of at least 13", and the other has to have at least one unbranched antler.
