RE: Worst thing you forgot
Ive forgot my bow before, talk about feeling dumb. Had to drive 30+ miles back to the house to get it.

RE: Worst thing you forgot
Havent forgotten anything of major importance yet. While field dressing a deer last weekend I did forget my small gerber saw for cutting the pelvic bone. I left it in the truck, but its not too far of a walk back. I try to double check everything in my pack before heading out, but I'm sure I will forget something vitally important someday

RE: Worst thing you forgot
I would have to say my release.

RE: Worst thing you forgot
I have an extra release in my hunting pack just in case. The worst thing I have forgotten probably is water. After a long hike in, there is nothing that I want more than water.

Forgot my bow last year. Realized it after a 45 minute drive. [:@]

RE: Worst thing you forgot
Was practicing the night before opening day a couple years ago. Forgot to put the bow back in the case, so when i packed up the truck that night, I threw the case in the back and thought nothing of it. Get to the woods the next morning and open the case. Suprise!! no bow.
I have also left my release behind a couple of times. Thats when I went and bought an extra release and always carry it in my pack. |
