Aluminum arrows??????

everyone always says one of the advantages of aluminum arrows is that they are easy to straighten. how do you straighten them?

Aluminum arrows are very easy to straighten. All you need is an arrow straightener, which basically consists of an arrow roller and a spin guage that tells you how out of round the shaft is turning. There is a pressure bar that you apply to the arrow at the point of the bend. It is basically a trial and error exercise untill you get good at it. I hope this helps!!

They make arrow straightners. Try going to the below link and go to archery and look under arrow tools. This is just one of many out there.

As a past Archery Pro Shop owner (2 shops 15 years) I have taken out many a bend for customers. My advise-straighten them best you can, don' t spend a lot of time & use them as small game throw aways. Buy new ones for Shooting & Bowhunting. If they are kinked-throw away.
