Good timing, considering I made a rookie mistake a few nights ago and wrote about it for all to see and learn from here... http://forums.bowhunting.com/yaf_postst786_Important-lesson-hammered-home-last-night.aspx

Yep and let someone know where you will be and keep your cell phone in a pocket that is either zipped closed or buttoned up.

Your not Superman, wear a safety harness.

Stay positive! When you begin to doubt, you might as well pack your bags and go home!

Another good tip after last night... keep your cell phone in a ziploc bag. [:-]

Take everything you read on the internet (except here) with a grain of salt.

Also turn off sound for power down. if the battery dies in prime-time you don't want that baby singing songs![]

But my favorite tip is..you can't kill'em on the couch or in front of the puter, if it's hunting hours and you have the time, get out there! Sports Center will catch you up on the game, all night long!

Never give up. Get frustrated, but never give up. Took me 5 years to harvest a deer with my bow. I just wouldn't let the challenge beat me.
