I paid around $600 for the camera and lense. It is fairly affordable for the quality of pictures it takes.

When I tried my hand at hunting videos, about 15 years ago I bought a S-VHS recorder for $2,000. You get much better equipment for so much less these days.

He was talking about the Nikon still camera, not the video camera. That video camera a litt more than $600
