I put mine in a mesh laundry bag and put it in the washer with my hunting clothes.

I do the same but I air dry it.

I toss my summit SOP in the wash all the time . I air dry it only

I just dunk it up and down a few times in a 5 gal buck of warm water and scent free soap and let it air dry in the sun
