i cannot believe its FINALLY that time of year again!!! i think what killed me last year was my season being so darn short....though we moved right after i killed my buck so it all worked perfect...
cant agree more about the weather.....you cannot ask for anything better for an opener!
im pretty sure the gear and everything is all ready to go....feel like im forgetting something but ive checked a dozen times and think i got it all....going to pack up the truck here shortly...just to be sure it all gets there....0430 half asleep and dark is asking for me to forget something......

lets beat last years performance!!!! we can do it!!! i'd like a MATT or FRANK buck to follow me to the truck on a short rope tomorrow morning...that would be AWESOME
