i am so pumped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i have to wait til monday the 6th. i have a freakin wedding to go to with the wife, oh yea our 12 th wedding annv also. yea i know i got married on the opening day of archery. i didn't archery hunt until the following year oh well enough of me crying

I’m excited, but it’s a little different shifting gears from my elk hunt. If it’s not raining too bad, I’ll hunt Ohio tomorrow evening before opening morning in PA. I have a couple nice ones spotted so far, but I don’t carry much confidence in the early season for mature bucks. It will be nice if I can get a N wind, I’ll take a stab at them early. Otherwise I’ll be on a doe whack mission.

I have my bow all tuned in and everything tweaked. Last night I went in the basement and laid all my stuff out and got everything packed up. Friday night I will get everything packed into the truck so then Saturday I just have to wake up, make a pot of coffee, get dressed and head out into the woods. Hopefully I can get out and do a little spotting the next few nights too. Man, I can't wait. Good luck to everyone this season.
