Draw Length and Speed Question

I have a Bowtech Tomkat currently set up with a 28.5 inch draw length and a 60 pound draw. We chronoed (sp?) it the other day and it was shooting around 285 with a 85 grain field tip, gold tip arrow and speed nocks. My brother may buy this bow from me this spring and he has a 31 inch draw length, I was told this would drastically increase the arrow speed, but, assuming he uses the same set up (poundage, arrow grain, etc) how much faster can we expect this bow to get? Thanks for the help!:D

RE: Draw Length and Speed Question

You get about 10+-fps for every inch.
