aging deer in warm weather
 
when it is warm do any of you quarter your deer and age it in the frige
how long do you age it for

not really i just quarter is and wait till it gets cold and de-bone it pack it up and it goes in the freezer

I debone right away in the warm weather than in the fridge. I will leave it there for a day or up to 4 days then in the freezer

Temp doesnt matter to me, i always cut mine up and put in a cooler with ice for a few days
