currently I am a design engineer / quality assurance engineerfor a small manufacturing company.

I worked in aerospace industry as a satellite controller for the US Army and after the Army I worked for Motorola and Boeing for the Iridium project controlling the 77 satellites for that constalation.

Virginiashadow, I was in the same situation as you. Only, the other two guys I worked with turned against me.. They waited 'till my supervisor was gone (his wife was having surgery) and told the higher up boss a bunch of lies, and I got fired for all of my hard work!!
Now they will see who got all the work done.

Sounds like you folks need a good union rep. Your hard work does sometimes go unnoticed. But in goverment it's not who you know it's who you, well you can figure out the rest. Don't forget who you are and your values, can't put a price tag on that.

I'm a student at Oklahoma State University.

In the summers I am on a custom harverting crew. We go all over the state and cut wheat.
