RE: Can you shoot too much?
You guys know if you replace your factory bowstring with an aftermarket you automatically void your warranty. I used to be a hoyt, PSE, darton dealer. And hoyts and PSE official line was do not send back any bows to them for warranty work with aftermarket bowstrings...that includes vaportrail and winners choice. Darton said if it was installed by me it was my discretion.

I feel you can overshoot, 180x a day is heavy, I wouldnt worry so much about the equipment as I would bad habits created by fatigue..

RE: Can you shoot too much?
Ya, well my bow is set at 56# so its not nothing. I can hold it back for about, forever. Anyway, i like shooting becase my system encouraged to make everyshot perfect. I put a non factory string on and my limb broke 200 shots later, free replacement.

RE: Can you shoot too much?
You got very lucky. Bowtech will not warranty any bow with an aftermarket cable and string on it. I will be getting a custom bowstring made for my hunting bow after this season. Vapor Trail ultimate hand made bow string custom colors.

Sorry, but for as many bows as I've installed Winner's Choice strings on, I've never had a company refuse warranty work because someone wanted a new (non-factory) string installed. Maybe an old rule, but not any more. |
