Problem With Misquito's

I dont know if the rest of you guys have to deal with misquito's in your neck of the woods, but I sure do! Here in Wisconsin the weather is warm and the misquito's are out bad!

I was wondering if anybody could tell me a good way,(without breaking my bank).to keep them away?
Anything would be great. I just can't handle them little buggers buzzing around my ears, it drives me nuts!
