there are arrow wraps on them, i bought arrows from him before and never had a problem. I think its hitting my rest somehow.

hmmm even if it was hitting your rest they wouldnt tear off. HMMMMM yeah the lipstick idea will tell you

The drop away rest might not tear off the vanes but your cables will when they make contact.

I can prolly help you if you will read my first post and let me know some of the stuff I asked. I have shot the ZE on about 6 different bows and loved it on each of them.

Myself and four others that I know pretty well all shoot the zero effect rest and when set up properly, I believe (and so do the other four I know)that this is the absolute best rest EVER!!!!! Watch the video!! If you don't watch It you probably won't get It right.and oh by the way there is no way your bow is so fast that the rest isn't dropping fast enough.The shop that fletched your arrows or wherever you got them, bad glue job.
