Used to use Rocky Mountain Ironhead 100's but a blade came out at some point passing thru a buck last year, so I switched to Muzzy 3 blade 100s for this year.

Muzzy 100 gr. 3 blades for many years.

Brknarrow, I will tell you that years ago I used the wasp jackhammers. If my memory serves the jackhammer is their mechanical head. I killed a few deer with broadside shots with great results. The problems came when I took a quartering away shot and due to the head design when the head hits at an angle only one blade opened first and made the arrow kick out sideways. End result was horrible penetration and a lost buck. My old muzzy would have anchored that deer I can guarantee you, but I just had to try something new. Now that I am older and slightly wiser I have learned that there is no need to try to fix something that isnt broken. Stick with fixed blades if you dont want to limit shot opportunities.

Oryou could just use a rear-deployment blade that eliminates that problem....

I will be using, Rage 2-Blade and G5 Strikers
