summer sausage
how do you guys make summer sausage.
What brand of seasoning do you use and what casings do you use also i bought a sausage stuff. Can i use it for summer sausge or is the hole not big enough. Also what kind of smoke do you use and how long do you smoke it. |

i have a meat grinder i got at Northern Tool and it comes also came with Sausage stuffing tools, i get a my Supplys from LEM Productsthey have about the best stuff

o yeah i have tried the cast iron stuff and thats a pain in the butt, the best way was with the grinder
