Not that fussy. I just use different ones for different situations. The key is to be scent free, keep movement to a minumum and don't contrast to badly with your background.
Some successful hunters use olive drap military surplus crap with good results. Sometimes the extra money for a name brand is just not worth it..
I was looking at rangefinders today and it is an extra $25.00 to get it in a name brand camo. Geez...

Realtree AP or Hardwoods for hunting in the woods of field edges.

Max-4 for hunting in the swamps and marshes.

Out of whatI currently own, Ultimate Camo hands down. I like it alot more than my realtree and mossy oak items. It should work great for most of my treestand setups, and will be devastating for gunnin down turkey this spring. what better pattern to sit at the base of a tree, than that which resembles tree bark?

I kind of like realtree ap. I plan on picking up some predator in the future to test out as well.

I really, really want to find a perfect camo for stalking out west. that would help tremendously over my realtree black blob appearance out there. Movement is key, but not looking like a black bear approaching can help as well.:D

I suppose like most it depends on the situation. I currently have realtree, but my treestand this year is in a big cedar tree that is all dark shades, so realtree sticks out like a turd in a punch bowl. Im going to get some mossy oak to darken myself up a bit.

I have become a bug fan of Ultimate Camo since receiving my order and think it will be my primary camo this year.

I do have another pattern with a yellow leaf pattern that will also be used in my prime stand, as leaves fall from the tree I will shift to U.C and Realtree Hardwoods.

I have a stand that has no leaves and it's in the open, this will be my U.C. stand. Mechdoc will also be wearing his U.C. in that stand.

Ihave tried alot of different, mossy oak, real tree, treebark, nat gear, fusion 3d just to name a few. To tell the truth im not so sure one is better than the other. Stay scent free as much as possible is the key.

i live in a high desert type area where it is pretty open with pines and lots of light colored scrub brush, so for local hunting here i like mossy oak brush and realtree max1. for more timbered/forested areas i like mossy oak new breakup and realtree apg hd.

There is no love out there for small camo companies.....drives me nuts. I love predator,but I can't find a predator fall grey or deception coverall in large to save my life.
