Florida 10 point on the ground
 

Well I didn't shoot him but one of my buddies got him last nite. There were 4 of us hunting sunday afternoon and to be honest we went out to shoot some hogs. My friend that shot this one was sitting in our best hog blind and never saw a hog but about 15 min before dark this florida buck walked six yards from the blind he let the arrow go and scored. After a 2hr 45min tracking job that we all almost gave up because the mosquitos were so bad we found him.When he said that he shot a 10 point John & I thought that he had shot the monster 10 point that we have seen a few times. Honestly though we were quite relieved to see that he had shot the smaller 10 point. Now we both still have a chance at that monster.


Really not bad for a south florida buck. Here we all are with Steve's first florida buck.

my buddy was really fired up we have hog hunted that blind for at least 2 months and that was the first deer anyone has seen come in there. That nite my other friend far right in the picture was gun hunting and saw the big 10 point another spike that we all have never seen a doe and a gobbler but with his gun he didn't see any hogs. had a great evening thanks guys for all the replys.
