I hope that dang Hurricane is outta here by then. Either way it's gonna be soggy after Ike drops his 3-5 inches on us.

Still have to decide on which tree to sit in. I guess I'll let the weather determine that for me.

Weather.com and Accuweather.com both agree the rain will be gone by Monday - I hope I can GET to my spot after all that rain!

I'm hoping to have my pics up by noon monday. :D

I have every morning to hunt the opening week and 2 afternoons. 4 stands to shoose from and a cameraman for the first two days.

I'm kinda glad i have to work all weekend, maybe it will take my mind off if it till it gets here...........YEA RIGHT.

Well boys- I woke up about 1.5 hours too early and couldn't get back to sleep. During the time that I laid there I went over my preparedness for the morning hunt... that's when it hit me! I forgot to buy tags!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So it's off to walmart where I will find the FIRST employee and tell them to find the only person in the store that can run the machine that prints off the licenses - NOW! I'll try not to be rude, but if they get between me and opening morning, someone may lose a finger!:D
