quick question about first fow

im looking to buy my first bow and i came across a used browing. evrything seems fine but it says the draw weightis between 50lbs-70lbs. but i thought each bow has 10 lb differece (you knowex. 40lbs-50lbs, 50lbs-60lbs) i was just wondering if this guys is pulling my leg or could this really be.
thank you
