RE: Gotta haves for 08-09
I finally bought something that I really think will help my bowhunting success this season............
A membership to a 3500 acre hunt club in Virginia!
I don't have much land to hunt here in NC, and even though it's about an hour away from home, I think I'll have more luck (fun!) this year with a little room to move around! I'll let you know how my $1,000 investment pans out!

I'm hoping the good S3 baselayer garments I bought from Scentblocker will make layering nice and easy. I can never seem to settled on a comfortable appropriate base layer to start with out the door to keep me warm, cool, dry, whatever.
So I picked up 2 of their "Bamboo" warm weather shirts, a couple pairs of the midweight and a set of the heavier Merino wool baselayer for when it gets cold.
I think I finally have the GOOD stuffto make things more comfortable from the inside out.

Just wondering if you have purchased a new product for this bow season that will definitely make your hunt better or easier. It may should be questioned later in the season, but is there something you are using this fall that you think will really make any aspect of hunting easier or better? I'm just wondering because with the technology, stuff is always changing.
