Need some butchering gloves

This year I plan on processing my own deer and wondered what gloves you guys use. I'm looking for those gloves that come in processing kits. They only give you 3 pairs and would like to get a box of them. Any help would be great!

You can get them at a drug store or any home improvement store. Be sure to get the right size. I got a whole box of mediums, once.

Good call, though....as I need to re-up my own supply.;)

I don't use gloves when processing. Is there any reason to use them other than easier cleanup afterwards?

I like using a pair of dish washing gloves. They are a bit heavier so they don't rip as easily, but more importantly, you can just wash them off and use them over and over again.

Wear some latex exam gloves like they do in hospitals. I work and use laytex gloves and just bring home some before the season. They work well.

They only cost like $15 for a box of 100 or so...and buy XL.

I have butchered 95% of the deer I have taken with my bare hands....but now as a dad of three and a small baby, I don't have time to be picking dried blood from the cracks of my fingers for 3 days after butchering a deer.

The beauty of using gloves is.....when you get a bunch of gook on your gloves.....you simply strip 'em off and you've got a clean pair to continue with. I go through several pairs each deer.
