This is somthing you need to learn to do yourself. I think Washington Hunter did a good thread on ita while back. You can tie it back in with dental floss.

My pro shop advisedme to usewaxed, UNFLAVORED dental floss.
I served in my new string silencersa couple of weeks agousing this method. Works great and is very easy to do.
