Transporting deer

Does anyone use one of these to carry their dead deer on? I usually use my truck but I would like to take my jeep some this year. What do you guys think?

i would think you would get alot of road dirt on the deer or inside the deer.. maybe if you wraped it up or something? couldbe wrong i guess

i did not think of use one.
When i was 13 i had a 450 honda motorcycle. my dad was going to buy one but they were like 200 bucks so we could haul the bike around.
He had one made at work by a tool maker cost him a case of beer for the tool maker they used scrap steel to make it.
We had it for years. used it haul our camping gear.
Good idea

Don't see why you could not use it. I would second the idea of wrapping it up to keep the grime off of it.

Main thing you need to do is strap the deer down when using that . I use one works great

id definently tarp it up REAL well...dirt, road grim, etc plus exhaust fumes...

id just throw it in the back of the jeep...ive hauled more deer in cars and SUVs than pickups lol...tarps help keep the blood out...i usually stand on the gate and lift the deer and let it drain then just throw it in....

why, do you plan on shooting a small deer? JK. like 06 said deffinately tarp it, you'll be glad you did. Might even save you a ticket by not bleeding all over the road. Hey you never know.:)

It's a fanny pack for a Jeep! Take your truck - Dude!
Unless this is more efficient, then I understand.
I hope you still stand too pee?
Man I'm killin' myself here, sorry I had too!

Good one EDCYCLOPEDIA! To be honest- the jeep is much better on gas than the ford truck- funner to drive too- and you just can't get the thing stuck! When the weather gets cold I'll drive the truck again.
