Great looking deer!!

I'm not 100% sure, but I think P&Y allows antlers in velvet to be entered. B&C doesn't, and as you mentioned, requires the velvet to be stripped off before it can be officially scored...

Guys,

There is a seperate catagory for entering velvet deer. There is no way anybody would strip their velvet off that is for sure!

This is correct for P&Y. B&C however requires the velvet to be stripped off. This poses a dilemma for really big monsteres shot in early season archery on occasion as B&C doesn't happen very often, especially in the archery world.
