what do you guys eat when hunting.
Do you leave for lunch or stay in the stand.Last year i ate in the stand unless i left before noon.I either took a couple peanut butter and honey sandwiches or egg sandwichs with me.
Ihate sitting right there in my stand. i also madesure the foodwas in a zip lock bag.
Would the smell be a issue.

i usually just take a few sandwiches, but i will say this last yeari took a doe and a buck while drinking a dr.pepper...either had to put it between my legs or sit it near my feet! couldnt believe it!

Anything with carbs if it is cold...i take a pop, a water and some granola bars, some cookies and a couple pbj's plus hard candy...

I know what not too eat while hunting....a bag of Combo's.. have you ever tried to open a bag of those up while hunting !!

I do weight lifting and prob take a few proteinbars along with trail mix and water. They work quite well to keep your body fed between meals.

Granola and vitamin water. Something like that, quick and easy, that will keep me alert.

I take a knife and a torch and have a meal of squirrels, birds, and the occasional raccoon.[8D]

I usually eat something on the way out and just bring a pop or water with me.
