I hear ya, some people are pretty stupid! I shoot a lot over at Pulaski Park on the south side and the same thing happens at times, guys shooting 45 - 55 yards while people are pulling their arrows! I like to go in the daytime when there aren't any people there!

While it doesn't suprise me that you ran into idiots like that, it does suprise me how quickly some of you would be to "whoop their asses."

Seriously? Wouldn't saying "Hey guys, this is how we do things around here and we'd appreciate it if you'd respect that," be enough? Would you really need to get into a confrontation about it?

What if there were kids around? Would you be so quick to jump them?

Yeah, what they were doing was stupid. What they were doing could have easily left someone in the hospital or worse yet, dead. But considering no one was hurt, would you really have needed to get into it with them because of it?

I think you (HH) made the correct decision in just walking away and leaving them to be idiots on their own. Good call.
