bow shop question

recently i took my bow to the bow shop that i bought it at to have it tuned/checked out. the lady said that everything was fine, no new strings needed and nothing needed to be replaced. just to make sure, i brought the bow to another shop to see if he thought the same. he found that the strings needed to be replaced and then he informed me that one of the limbs were broken, thus needing to buy a new bow. what do you think of this situation and what would you do about it?

Is the limb broken?? If so "B" is correct. If not go with "A" cuz "B's" screwing ya!

Somn doesnt sound right with B. You should know if a limb is broken... you should see it! Sounds like B is trying to screw ya over. Take it one more place if you have access. Third times a charm!

The Limb could have been overlooked by A if it is just a crack or such... Have him show you the "broken part" and then If your still not sure take it to another shop and show it to them.(where the "broken place is") Good Luck.

If the limb is broken or cracked, Bowtech should be buying you a new bow...you shouldn't have to flip the bill for that one.

the limb wasnt broken...what happened was my cam was bent or something was poking out of the cam and everytime i drew the bow back it rubbed against the limb thus withering away at it...so it was messed up

even if it was messed up I think he is still trying to get to ya. why not try to get a new limb for it and save ya some money instead of saying you need a new bow.
