Double brow tine baby! :D Not every Joe Bowhunter gets a shot at one of these badboys! ;) I think I got this deer in November of 1994. It was my first buck.

It's kind of funny....some of these 'smallest' bucks are bigger than my largest buck. Actually...most of them are! Ohh well....Doesn't change the way I feel about my deer.

Here is my smallest buck, I got him when I was 15. My first buck and first archery deer.

This is the smallest rack buck I have taken (shot a piebald BB in '06, though). I shot this buck in the eastern side of NC in '06 with my bow, during gun season.

I guess there is this guy as well. I took him on the last day of the 2006-07 season (mid-Jan). He came out into the field and I knew there was no chance he would make it through the tough winter, so I let my smokepoleignite when he came close. He weighed 55 lbs field dressed.

Upon later inspection I found an old injury on his leg that probably prevented him from putting his energy towards growing.

I don't have a picture of my smallest, but it was a standard issue Michigan Spike buck. One of two small bucks I took at the beginning of my hunting life.

I know one thing, many of the "smallest" bucks for some of you are dream bucks for many guys all around the country. Be thankful for being born in a great whitetail state!

Back b/4 compounds. It was my 1st ever Buck 1x2back in 1965 & probably my 4th or 5th Deer. i was fortunate to take 38 Biggame animals with stick bows b/4 switching to compound.
Starting my 52nd year of Bowhunting & they have continued to get bigger (most of the time).I have been very lucky over the years.
