The Thermacell question should just be made into a giant sticky. This question comes up every week on every website I am ever on. Put simply they are the single best thing I have owned when it comes to my hunting stuff.

I would almostrather leave my bow at home than my thermacell. I could sit in the stand with my camera.

They flat work. I have a table lamp oneon my back porch, a smaller version that's not as niceand two of the portable ones for hunting. I take them to Canada where they really have misquitos. They keep the bugs away if used correctly. ALWAYS.

I think the Thermacell is the 1 most important piece of equipment that every hunter should own. I've had 1 for 5 season's now and thank god for it every day I go in the wood's in the early season.

The 1 trick to using them is once the felt pad has been opened it's garbage, don't try to use the same pad next time your in the wood's ,if you only use the felt pad for 5 minutes ,take it and disgaurd it after you turn it off.

Absolutely, one of the best things ever made. I'm thinking about getting one of the lanterns for the camper.
