Heard about that. What's the chances of your treestand actually falling apart like that? VERY unfortunate, and a sad story. Thoughts and prayers go out to that man. I can't imagine not being able to fully enjoy the outdoors. He said he "never really found out what happened" with the stand, he just knows it gave way. I'll be damned, I'd find out for sure and express my displeasure!

A guy in a club near our land fell last year and got his foot snagged in the platform. Broke his leg and he hung upside down for about 3 or 4 hours until he lost all circulation. Had the leg amputated, all because he wasn't wearing a harness.

This is something I just don't understand.Why do people still refuse to wear something as simple as a safety harness.I love mine and it makes hanging stands so much easier.


I know 2 people personally that has had the same happen to them and they are both paralyzed,I just don't get it.
