Another use for Thermacell?
 

I read somewhere that once Nov. arrives they use there Thermacell as a scent delivery tool, using a cotton make-up pad and the scent of your choosing ontop of the "grill", not where the skeeter pad goes. And the heat allows the scentto disperse in larger amounts, creating more scent....Anyone ever try this?

I think thermocell made pads that were designed to do that but I've never seen them. reguardless, I think you could use your Thermocell in a survival situation as well. I.e. a heater or a fire starter?

HAHA...themacell sells a scent despenser called the "thermacent" . It comes with a little pad stand and scent pads for your scent of choice.....

I have heard about this too, but I have never tried it.
