RE: I can shoot 1 pin out to 60yds.
i think the whole point is to say that it doesnt shoot flat out to 60 yards. the pin may be used but it is not dead on. it is a marketing ploy that is misleading and i do not like it.
just like ibo speed. never the same after you buy it and set it up. the bow should come with an accurate representation of what it will be after the set up. |
RE: I can shoot 1 pin out to 60yds.
Actually I can shoot 1 pin out to 40 yards and hit my target. Its not that hard if youre a single pin shooter....why are you doubting this can be done?
ORIGINAL: GMMAT Well I can. I might not hit ****.....but I can do it. Seriously.....just watching the latest PSE commercial (where the guy claims he can shoot one pin to 40yds). Do they think we're THAT dumb? |
RE: I can shoot 1 pin out to 60yds.
This is ridiculous. The OP was obviously saying that the marketing ploy used was intended to make people think that the bow shoots flat out to 40 yds. Any monkey with half a brain KNOWS that it simply CANNOT be true. It was even clarified in later posts that this is what the OP was saying.
Then we get a bunch of folks come in and say (without satire)"wait, I can shoot out to 40 with my one pin...I just hold 5 inches high." Well no ****, Sherlock. Anyone can shoot any distance with any number of pins, but your point of impact and point of aim CANNOT be the same from 0-40 yds, no matter how fast your bow shoots. GMMAT, yourOP asked, "Do they think we're THAT dumb?" Well, if they read thisthread at all, they don't have to THINK anymore...now theyKNOW! |
RE: I can shoot 1 pin out to 60yds.
ya kind like saying i can zero my muzzleloader in at 100 and shoot 250 if i hold 3 inchs higher. well ya just like if it has two sets of lines on it like a bdc scope.
