Trail cam review question
 

Someone posted a site that had reliable trail cam reviews in the bowhunting section within the last week or so but for the life of me I can not find it. I am thinking about getting a Bushnell Trail Sentry but want to make sure that I am notbuying junk.

I justaScoutguard 550 and I'm amazed at the size of it. It's about the size of two decks of cards stacked on top of each other. My in-house photo tests took very good pictures and it's now in the woods to see what I can get.

In all honesty, they were office test photos and I've already deleted them.
Ran into Andy at the SOMD sportsmans show on Saturday. He said you were there, but I did not see you.

What cameras do you guys use and how do you like them. I am driving myself crazy reading the reviews and trying to figure out exactly which model they are talking about. I want infrared flash, the ability to use a flash card, resolution of 3 megapixels or higher, and a time and date stamp would be nice.

The best I've seen are the Cuddebacks. I could put my Moultrie right beside my Cousins Cuddes and he gets pics and mine don't trigger.

If you're trying to catch deer using trails or passing by make no mistake and buy a Cuddeback. If you just want some pics and can put out bait or something to get them to stop, the cheapy's work fine. The difference in fair to best is trigger speed.

This isn't my ad for a Cuddeback either cuz I just can't justify spending that much on one.

right now moultries are pretty much dominating. the scoutguard is getting a lot of hype but I REALLY would hold off on that one until they've been out for a while.

the worst $450 i ever spent was on a cuddeback no-flash. i'm not even going to list off everything I didn't like about that camera. the moultrie i-40 is a great camera for the money. I just saw one in the cabelas bargain bin for $138 tonight. it took a lot to pass on that thing!
