Chain stores proshops?
In my area we have an abundance of traditional proshops, however we also have a large chain store that also has a proshop with an indoor range. They have one certified technition that does all thier work, and he only sets up and works on the bows they sell. I was wondering if i purchased a bow from this chain and let him set it up if I would get the same type of service and quality that I would from a traditional proshop. Thanks for the imput.

Just speaking from things I have seen in the past, I would say no, you won't. Again I have no way of knowing for sure though.

I doubt it.

lol - it depends on how much the tech knows. it's really hard to say, talk to him & see if he knows what he is doing.

RE: Chain stores proshops?
Depends on how many lines they carry and what kind of backing he has from the owners. More lines = more confusion at times and also more choices. If he's really a technician and has good backing who knows.

There are many traditional proshops that give horrendous service. No matter where you choose, you should go in and talk to the techs and get a feel for their knowledge and store policies.
