Mark, isn't that Zone 5, Monroe Cowhere that giant non-typical was shot by Tony Lovstuen? I think that buck is #3 in the world.

I'm going to guess $750,000?[&:] I guess I wouldn't make it as a real estate agent!I can tell you right now, where I live that much land would be in themillions, literally!

I always heard that buck was number one, but it was taken about 25 miles from this land.

What's this land close to?

CAN you build on it?

I just wonder why a land tract that small would be so much.

My guess is under $100K.

I told a life long friend about this property about 2 hours ago and will post the asking price after I hear from him on Monday. Or I guess I could post it sooner and then not give the contact info until I hear from him.

What's this land close to? Lots of ag land, timber, and pasture.

CAN you build on it? Yes, it has a beautiful building site between the old house and barn.

I just wonder why a land tract that small would be so much.

My guess is under $100K.

I stand corrected Mark, that is the largest taken by a hunter, ever. There have been 2pick-ups that were larger. So, my guess on the price tagwas way too high, huh?
