You can only shoot 1 not both at the same time. I see no problem.

It's legal in MI I know that. You can carry more than one weapon here as long as they both legal for the season you are hunting. I specifically asked. Like during gun season here you can carry a bow and gun if you want, or two different rifles if you want. I asked because I was wondering if I could carry a slug gun and muzzle loader and keep them both in my blind. One for close up shots the other for longer range stuff if I needed it. They said it was legal during shotgun season since both weapons were legal for that season.

They questioned why I would want to go through the hassle of carrying two rifles though. I said I wouldn't be carrying them back and forth, I would put them in the blind and leave them there since my blind was well constructed and locked when I wasn't in it.

Congrats. Many will never reach that level of competency.

If I was comfortable with a recurve at 20 yards, that would be the only bow I would carry. I would just position myself for those 20 yard shots.

the reasn i would bring my compound with is for an insurance policy. our trail cam has picked up pics of a nice 8 pointer (his rack is jus as wide as his ears). and if he came by i know i could "probably" make that shot. but i dont wanna make that risk with that nice of a buck when i "know" i can drop him with the compound.
