RE: Shooter?

I'm going to let him walk! Young enough deer that if he makes it to next year, he could easily put on around 20" of bone, putting him closer to the 150" mark!

It would be tough but he isn't in Missouri Big Bucks yet so I would have to pass. It would bevery tough however.

RE: Shooter?

Thanks for the input guys, he is on my wifes hit list for this year but it took my about 2 seconds to make my mind up I would pass him given the opertunity. For the ground I hunt he is a mid to high end 3 year old so he has a free get out of the freezer pass from me this year. Living in Illinois its probably no suprise that I have several P&Y deer under my belt and the ground I hunt is pretty well managed for big bucks, but since its only my wifes second year bowhunting he better stay clear of her.

He will be magnificaint next year if he makes it. Your choice on the shot but since you asked I would pass on him.

That caveat makes my answer easy.

Good luck "next year" with him.
