Any1 here hunt for Elk Cows?
 

I would like to see more Cows/Does taken on TV. I think that it would change the way some people hunt, which is just for bucks. I have seen a couple does taken but never any elk cows.

Not all places have cow tags. It's certainly not like taking out a bunch of does.

I think Fred Eichler films a trad cow hunt every year. I know I've seen more than one.

I don't think anyone wants to spend that kind of money on a cow unless it is the last hour of the last day on an either sex tag. That's just my opinion.
