ABSOLUTELY a great rest. I'll give it a thumbs up for the design (ties into up cable and reacts like TFOX says.....which is to drop immediately).

My only (and it was a big one) issue was the set screws for the prongs. I could NOT keep them tightened. Period. Couldn't find a way to do it. I used two different lock-tite formulas. No dice. Oneof the prong set screws (can't remember which) would work its way loose.

Now imagine you're shooting in a tournament [:@]. EVEN IF you tighten it back down.....there's no way to discern if it's EXACTLY where you had it, before. No way. In 3D tournaments.....that's the kiss of death. I had erratic flight when it would work loose (imagine[&:])....and when I'd tighten it back down.....it was always a "little" off. In a hunting situation.....no problem. In a 3D scenario........8's and 5's.

I believe you might have had a poorly tapped hole and probably could have had it replaced or it was hitting the shelf and causing some excess vibration but that really shouldn't cause it.I bet the wholes were tapped with a dull tap and chipped the threads, causing it to come loose, but I will watch it to see if it is a problem.

Thanks for the head up.
