From the size of that deer's body and the sway back and belly sag I'd guess him at 4.5.
He looks like a great buck, and definitely has good mass and a great spread, but he may be one that just doesn't get very tall. He'll likely get a little bigger, but he should be hardening up in 10 days to 2 weeks so I doubt he'll put on a ton of inches.
Not that it matters because at that size and being a 4.5 year old he'd be getting shot by me no doubt.

id say at least 4.5 if not 5.5 look at his pot belly and the way his neck connects to the brisket....thats a mature deer, id shoot him because of the lack of genetic potential and his age

I'm surprised on many of the guesses of this whitetail being so young.
Although it is rather difficult to try an attempt at a solid guess.. clearly the sagging belly shows this whitetail to be older than 3.5 yrs.
A 4.5 in the summer also very rarely shows such a pouch.. I would guess him older than 5 yrs.
Although maybe not much for antler growth.. they have little to do with age.
I would be proud to take him.. not because of "cull" either (I cringe at the term and even more at the miss-use of that term).. but because he's a great and mature animal and at his age will likely beat you.

im with huntingby, steven and DM
that pot belly caught my attention REAL quick...id say hes definently older than 3.5...hes got mass and spread and will likely get a little bit more tine length...thats just his genetics...looking at the ears id still say his G2s and G3s are about 6" long right now...i think his just so wide it makes him look REAL short..hes probably 17-19 inside...
